Official Star Wars Magazines

The first ´official´ STAR WARS mags for sure were the now famous Bantha Tracks from Lucasfilm.

Basicly just a few pages, the Bantha Tracks remained the main source for fans all over the world during the first trilogy from 1978- 1983 and beyond (can you imagine - no internet, no online community, every bit of information took ages to come over to Europe or vice versa!)

However, talking about the last 8 years the horizon of STAR WARS magazines really did explode. Besides the INSIDER, which is and will ever be the mother of all STAR WARS licensed mags, there is a lot more stuff out these days.
